About these Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions together with your Order constitute the entire Contract between us and you for the supply of Products. No other terms and conditions apply. The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it by email.

Placing Your Order

You may place an Order by filling in the Order Form at our Website and submit the Order by clicking on the Submit Order button. By placing an Order, you make an offer to us to purchase the Products you have selected on these terms and conditions. You will be issued an Order number. We may or may not accept your offer at our discretion. If we accept your Order, we will ship the Products to you and a shipment notification email will be sent to you. If we cannot accept your order, we will contact the credit card company to cancel your purchase and a cancellation email will be sent to you. Information contained on this Website constitutes an invitation to treat. No such information constitutes an offer by us to supply any Products.

Color

We have attempted to represent the color of the Products as faithfully as is digitally possible. However, as the perceived color of a Product displayed on a computer monitor can vary according to the settings of the monitor's brightness, contrasts, warmness, etc., the color of the actual product may differ from what is shown on the monitor. Please bear this in mind when you place your Order.

Delivery

Subject to these terms and conditions, we will deliver to you the Products indicated on your Order. The delivery time indicated in the order is an estimate and may, in rare cases, be longer. In such instances, you may contact us via email and we will do a trace of the shipment and advise you accordingly.

Title and Risk

No title to the Products shall pass to you until payment of the Price in full and clear funds have been received by us. Risk in the Products shall pass to you on delivery.

Order Information

Information pertaining to the fulfilment of Orders will be kept under strict confidence and only the shipping information will be made available to the shipper. Information pertaining to the credit card of Customers is handled solely by the bank processing the payment and is, by policy of the bank, not made available to anyone, Edpol Systems, Inc. included.

Tax & Duties

The price payable for the Products and Shipping will be indicated on your Order. All items are inclusive of applicable sales tax.

Warranties

All Products come with standard warranty which covers against defects in materials and workmanship. It is the responsibility of the Customer to inspect the Products upon receipt to verify that the Products are in good condition. The Products must be returned to the shipper immediately if the Products are found to be defective or if the package arrived in a damaged condition. A replacement will be shipped at no extra charge.

Returns

All Products are inspected individually prior to shipment. The inspection includes checking for material defects, manufacturing defects. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with any Product you have purchased from us, you may return-ship the Products to us at your cost, unused and in its original packaging and we will refund you the cost of the Products. The cost of shipping the Products to you will not be refunded.
